HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Every kit is bench-tested and software-activated before dispatch. Orders leave our bench within 48 hours via DHL Express, with tracking sent by email and WhatsApp. DHL Express shipping is free worldwide on every order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Checkout is powered by PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance, bank account, or any major debit or credit card. Every payment is encrypted and covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. Prefer a different arrangement? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

IS THE DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE INCLUDED?

Each kit page lists exactly what is installed. Engineer packages like ISTA-D / ISTA-P and XENTRY are pre-installed and activated as described on the product page. Manufacturer online services — SCN coding, online programming, dealer flash access — require a valid dealer subscription; we flag this clearly on the kits where it applies. WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Every kit carries a 2-year hardware warranty and a 30-day return window. If a unit fails under normal workshop use, we repair or replace it — and a loaner unit can be dispatched within 48 hours so your bay keeps working.

CAN YOU CONFIGURE THE KIT FOR MY WORKSHOP?

Yes — that is what we do before every dispatch. Tell us which brands and chassis generations you work on and we configure, activate and bench-test the kit for that setup. Remote installation and activation sessions are included.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Message us on WhatsApp with your city and the kit you are considering for a delivery estimate before you order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp when the parcel ships. If you have an account, it also appears under My Orders with a direct DHL tracking link.

WHAT ABOUT IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
