An order is confirmed when payment is received and acknowledged. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is out of stock or a pricing error is obvious — you will be told before anything is charged twice.
Prices & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store card details. Prices shown on product pages are the prices charged at checkout.
Shipping

Software
Software pre-installed on kits is supplied as part of the hardware package. Manufacturer online services — dealer subscriptions, SCN coding, online programming and flash access — are separate, require valid manufacturer accounts, and are not included unless explicitly stated. You agree to use the software and tools only in ways permitted by your local law and by the publisher.

BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Porsche are trademarks of their respective owners. RUIXIN is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses — such as lost workshop time — or for vehicle damage caused by misuse, incorrect procedures or third-party software.
