What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a salted, hashed password (PBKDF2-SHA256 — we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.
- Orders: the items and configuration you ordered, amounts, order status, tracking numbers, and the email associated with the payment.
- Payments: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Workshop guide requests: the email address you submit for the free PDF guide.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
- To fulfil and ship your orders, and to provide support and warranty service.
- To show your order history and tracking inside your account.
- To reply to your requests and — where an email is provided — to send service messages such as order confirmations and shipping notices.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
- PayPal — to process your payment.
- DHL Express — your delivery details, so the parcel can reach you.
- Cloudflare — our hosting, database and security provider.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies & tracking
- One essential cookie (
rx_session) keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and cannot be read by scripts. - No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. If we ever introduce advertising tools, this page will be updated before they run.
Retention & your rights
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards as long as required for warranty and accounting purposes.
- You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
- Deleting an account does not cancel pending orders or warranty obligations.
