Dispatch time
Orders leave our bench within 48 hours (Monday–Saturday). If a kit needs extra configuration for your workshop, we confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Carrier & cost
- DHL Express worldwide — free on every order, no minimum.
- Every parcel is insured and tracked door to door.
- Typical transit time: 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs.
Tracking
Your tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp when the parcel ships. If you have an account, it also appears under My Orders with a direct DHL tracking link.
Address changes
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can change the address any time before dispatch; after handover, redirects depend on DHL.
Import duties & taxes
Import duties and local taxes depend on your country and are not included in the order total. Before ordering, message us with your city — we will tell you exactly what to expect for your destination.
Damaged or missing parcels
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and unit. We open the DHL claim and repair, replace or refund — your choice. See Returns & Warranty.
