30-day returns
- Return any kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- The unit should come back in the condition it arrived — hardware undamaged, accessories and packaging included.
- Start a return on WhatsApp with your order number; we reply with the return instructions. Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method.
2-year hardware warranty
- Every interface and cable is covered for 2 years against hardware failure in normal workshop use.
- We repair or replace — and a loaner unit can be dispatched within 48 hours so your bay keeps working.
- Software licensing, wear parts and damage from drops, moisture or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
What is not a defect
Cloned or modified firmware, unstable vehicle power supplies, or laptops that do not meet the software requirements. Message us first — most “dead unit” reports turn out to be a driver or power issue, and we will walk you through it on WhatsApp.
