- Install and activate engineer software, configure each kit for the chassis you work on, and bench-test it before dispatch.
- Stand behind the hardware with a 2-year warranty, 30-day returns and a loaner program while a unit is serviced.
Our bench
Connectivity, DoIP handshake, flash stability and the full software stack are verified per unit — not sampled. Remote installation sessions are included for workshops that want their own laptop configured instead.
Where we are
Our team works out of Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and parcels ship worldwide with DHL Express. Email and WhatsApp are monitored directly — you talk to the people who prepare the kits, not a call centre.
